| Castenholtz micronutrient solution | 0.5 ml |
| Distilled water to | 1.0 L |
Add nitrilotriacetic acid to 500.0 ml distilled water. Dissolve by adjusting pH to 6.5 with KOH. Add remaining components and mix. Adjust pH to 7.5. Bring volume to 1.0 L with distilled water.
