The text only bibliography in Refer/BibIX format has references that are tagged in this standard UNIX format. A list of the tags used is available. After expansion of the compressed download, the references in the plain text file are easily imported into some (most?) commercial bibliographic database programs. I have not been able to test these with an IBM-compatible bibliographic program. Reference Manager is available in both Mac and PC versions. I had no problems importing this format into Reference Manager v2.0.7 for the Mac.
